1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to World Pixel Map (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, including purchasing virtual property, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Utilize our provided Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanisms where appropriate to secure your account.
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Platform or your account.
3. Nature of Virtual Properties and Map Zones
The Platform provides an interactive map environment where users can acquire virtual zones, shapes, or coordinates (referred to as "Properties" or "Pixels"). You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Real-World Legal Rights: Acquisition of a virtual property or pixel on the Platform represents a purely virtual license inside our software database. It does NOT convey any legal title, deed, ownership, leasehold, or claim to physical land, airspace, real estate, mineral rights, or tangible property in the real world.
- Entertainment and Advertising Purpose: Properties are intended for entertainment, gamification, and digital advertising/promotional purposes only.
- Administrative Adjustments: The Platform reserves the absolute right to modify, adjust boundaries, restrict (e.g., restricted military zones, government areas), or reclaim virtual properties if deemed necessary for platform operations, compliance with laws, or resolving spatial conflicts, without liability or compensation.
4. PXC Currency and Wallet Operations
Transactions on the Platform are processed using a virtual utility token called PXC (Pixel Coin).
- No Fiat Conversion: PXC is a closed-loop virtual game utility token. It has NO real-world monetary value, is not backed by any government, and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or converted into any real-world fiat currency (such as USD, EUR, INR) or external cryptocurrencies.
- No Investment Representation: PXC is not a security, investment contract, deposit, or financial instrument. You should not purchase PXC with any expectation of financial profit, capital appreciation, or investment yield.
- All Sales Final: Any acquisition of PXC or virtual property completed via the Platform is final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
5. User Conduct and Content Guidelines
When customizing your virtual properties (including setting business names, links, logos, and map highlight colors) or sending messages to other users, you agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or invasive of privacy.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt or damage the Platform.
- Promotes illegal goods, services, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
The Platform administrators reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any user content, logos, or business links at their sole discretion, and may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these guidelines.
6. Resale Marketplace and Peer-to-Peer Trades
The Platform provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) Trade Zone and Marketplace enabling users to list virtual properties for resale to other users in exchange for PXC.
- User-to-User Discretion: All listings, negotiations, and transfers are conducted voluntarily between users. The Platform acts solely as a technical facilitator for these database transfers.
- No Liability for Trades: The Platform is not responsible for disputes, claims, or losses arising from P2P trades, resale transactions, or communication exchange between buyers and sellers.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLD PIXEL MAP, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's primary operating location.
